This tutorial was written using PSP version 7.02 but should work with other versions.
It uses Selections which you can download HERE.
I'm assuming you have basic knowledge of the tools in PSP and the use of the layer palette.
Included in the zip is a color guide and the patterns I used.
Just use your dropper tool to select the colors.
Or chose your own!
Let's get started!

This is just what I did with mine!)
Flood fill with turkeyyellow pattern.

Apply the following Inner Bevel:

Deselct.

Add a new layer named right wing.

ON THE SAME LAYER
Load pupil2 selection.
Flood fill with color #3.
DESELECT. Apply the same drop shadow:

Blur: 10
Color: #3

Now apply this same drop shadow to the beak, thingy, bib, and both wing layers.

Add a new layer named text.
Apply any little saying you'd like in whatever color/pattern you'd like!
This is what I did:
Load text selection.
Flood fill with turkeyred pattern.
Apply the same Inner Bevel used on the sign.
The settings should still be there.
Then apply the following drop shadow:
Vertical & Horizontal: 1
Opacity: 50
Blur: 5
Color: #3
I then applied it a second time.
Deselect.

Now you can merge your layers and export as a tube!

You can make what you want with your result but please do not try to make money with it!
And you're done!
